• Customer Service
Benchmark takes pride in its customer service.  From the reception desk to the shipping department and everything in between—design, layout, proofing and production—your experience with the staff at Benchmark will be open, honest and time sensitive to your needs.  At Benchmark “the customer comes first,” is more than a motto.  We strive to make your experience with us so good, you’ll count on us again and again.

• Conceptual Design
To meet customer demand, Benchmark's design staff grew considerably in 2010 – with the addition of three new graphic artists (part of our IMGX Kreativ design team). They add artistic design and production experience to expand our goal of complete customer satisfaction through progressive, pro-active creativity. Let us show you how!

• Prototyping
We always prototype every project to ensure the complete happiness of our customers.

• Manufacturing
Once an order is placed with Benchmark, it can  travel a couple of different paths as it heads toward completion.  Our retail accounts are usually turned around in 3-5 working days.  These customers are in need of everything from a single "Grand Opening" banner to a couple dozen bumper stickers.  These small retail orders are the lifeblood of Benchmark and are an important part of our success.  Our wholesale accounts are our chain store customers, OEM suppliers, or large end users.  Most orders for these customers are turned around in 2-3 weeks.

• Warehousing
Benchmark has ample warehouse space to store your product if needed.  Our drop ship program is available to those customers that may need quick delivery to locations that may be closer to our facility.

• Travel Teams

From "chain store" to "multiple locations", or "franchise" outlets, Benchmark Signs and Graphics offers its customers timely and professional shipping, delivery and installation of our custom signage. Customers continue to enjoy the peace of mind of quality installation with our professional "traveling installers"—when requested. In 2010, demand for Benchmark's custom products took our install crews from Bangor, Maine to Tallahasee, Florida to Brownsville, Texas to the entire West Coast and Hawaii! In all, more than 800 individual stores upgraded with new signage from Benchmark in 2010!
